JR71207 Manager, Global Facilities Maintenance Systems (Evergreen)

As the Manager of Global Facilities Maintenance Systems and SMART Facilities teams, you will be an integral member of the Global Facilities O&M team.  You will manage performance by coaching and mentoring team members and by enabling their career development.  You will deliver competitive results by removing barriers and assisting in troubleshooting and escalating issues. You and your team will be responsible for continuously improving performance and efficiency of the Facilities Maintenance System through implementation of Best-Known Methods, Standardization, and process deployment.  You and your team members will also be responsible for the identification, development, deployment, and ongoing support for innovative solutions driving operational and labor efficiencies. 

Job Responsibilities 

Collaborate with FMS team and site teams to identify, define, develop, and implement Business Processes to enable efficient and effective asset management. 

Collaborate with the SMAI team on SMART Fac solutions to be considered and deployed 

Collaborate with site facilities leaders to identify innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement 

Provide governance of alignment to Business Processes and Master Data configuration 

Lead the Network effort to implement, monitor and drive continuous improvement to achieve increased reliability and eliminate Lost Wafer Output events. 

Monitor, measure and report out the compliance to Master Data standards and Business Processes 

Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions that promote a high-performance culture and enhance organization effectiveness 

Design diagnostic tools, conduct organizational needs assessment and implement targeted interventions 

Lead analysis of Organization’s Performance results, identify themes or trends and reporting findings to the Global Facilities Leadership team 

 Develop People 

Invest time in coaching and mentoring people 

Help team members learn, grow, and stay current on latest trends and practices that will support and enhance their area of expertise 

Plan and schedule program timelines and milestones using appropriate tools 

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel 
  

Education 

Required:    Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience 

Experience 

1+ years’ experience in leadership role 

7+ years’ experience in Facilities Operations and Maintenance 

Experience in SAP PM and SAP PS Modules 

Growth mindset leadership to challenge boundaries and encourage others to step outside of their comfort zone 

Strong interpersonal skill set, ensuring clear and sound communication 

Capable of compiling executive level reports and presentation materials 

Proficient with Microsoft Office include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. 

Program and Project management experience 

Travel: 

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (10 to 20 % at times)
