Manager, Global Media - Too Faced
**Description** Role Summary The Manager of Global Media will support, plan, and execute paid media activities within North America and partner on development, implementation and execution of Global Media strategies. They will partner with internal and external partners to develop strategic media campaigns that tie to business and category growth goals, and bring an analytical, collaborative and innovative spirit to the media team. Key Accountabilities Strategy + Campaign Development • Partner with Director of Media to develop North America + global media strategies based on analysis of market, customer data, business objectives and ROI. • Maintain knowledgeable about emerging and future media trends including opportunities for first to market programs and make recommendations regarding placements, audience testing, emerging channels and more. Content Strategy and Media Analysis • Create creative briefs for all paid media campaigns – leading content mix, content volume, best practices by platform and category. • Partner with agency + vendor partners to ensure content evolution to ensure adherence to industry trends, best practices + more. • Analyze campaign metrics, and leverage data to make optimization recommendations, and best inform business success. • Create case studies and continue to evolve global playbook of best practices for regions in collaboration with Media Director. • Ensure cross media efficiency through close tracking of results and aid in execution of brand lift studies, MMM studies and more to measure overall business impact of media. • Develop a knowledge of Too Faced business to ensure advancement of media and content strategies in line with Too Faced goals and objectives. Collaboration and Agency Management • Partner with Ecommerce, Account teams on planned media activity, asset needs to ensure media is fueling r.com/ecommerce and revenue goals. • Serve as liaison to corporate media teams and agency partners to maximize performance opportunities. • Partner with local media agencies to develop and execute national media. • Partner with social and influencer teams on social content needs/influencer content needs for use in paid. • Transfer knowledge, best practices for media to regions + develop necessary materials to drive adherence of best practices to global regions through region collaboration. Execution • Manage all media campaign execution and timelines to ensure timeliness of campaign launches. • Facilitate billing, PO, budget maintenance responsibilities in partnership with Media Director. • Create best practice guidance as needed for regions, including global media playbooks, campaign + test results – leveraging data to showcase results.
