The candidate should be a person who is passionate, particularly about infrastructure stability and troubleshooting and is focused on delivering world-class support in a dynamic and often hectic environment.
Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree or relevant extensive experience(preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering).At least 5 years of experience managing large Enterprise Data Networks, Exposure to Data Center network infrastructure.5-8 years' experience in administration of Cisco Networks, Cisco Unified Communications, Firewall and Load BalancersAt least 5 years in a people manager roleShould be a self-starter and be pro-active leader.Have strong personal accountability and be able to command respect of the team.Certified Cisco Engineer in at least one discipline is desirable.Experience with troubleshooting issues from beginning to end in complex environments.Experience working within ITIL processes governing change and configuration management.
