Manager, Global Physical Security Operations

What you can expect In this role:

Your purpose is to ensure the safety and security of all employees, and facilities globally. You will develop and implement security policies, procedures, and training programs to mitigate risks and threats. Your goal is to provide a secure work environment that enables efficient business operations and protects the company's reputation. You will build and lead a program to enable Physical Security-related programs and services globally.

About the Team:

The Global Security team partners with Cyber Security, Legal, PX, Workplace Operations, IT, Corporate Communications, and others to build risk management programs that can be leveraged to increase employees' physical security literacy and maturity.

Responsibilities:

Providing coordinative oversight of Global Security Operations and consistent delivery for all physical security programs.

Overseeing regional planning efforts for new office and data centre design, expansions, conversions, and restructuring to ensure compliance .

Nurturing and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for security risks and vulnerabilities

Providing comprehensive guidance on regional security matters impacting personnel or operations

Providing timely response to emerging threats, risks, life safety and security incidents so informed decisions can be made.

Providing executive level briefings to country leaders and business executives around emerging threats and the potential response options. What we’re looking for

Have experience with security requirements, regulations and compliance for an enterprise data center or critical infrastructure environment (domestic and international)

Able to identify root cause and solve complex problems

Experience developing and delivering project communications

Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Able to interpret information security data and processes to identify potential compliance issues.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$118,600.00

Maximum:

$259,500.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
