The Procurement Process Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the procurement operations processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, vendor management, and streamlined supply chain processes. This role requires strategic thinking, systems thinking and excellent influencing skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function.
Accountabilities:
Define, model, manage and optimize processes to drive efficiency and best in class outcomes for our strategic sourcing organization.Drive the organization towards implementation of best practices, global standards to enable automation.Instill a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency and save costs across the global processPartner with the digital technology team as the process owner on system implementations and upgrades.Define, develop, monitor, and refine detailed measurements, KPIs, and targets of processes and systems for tracking process effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.Implement change management for any process or systems changes related to strategic sourcing.Align all strategic initiatives for processes, policies and technologies across geographies at Enterprise level.Act as the global process owner for procure to pay across system initiatives being aware of upstream and downstream implications of change.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience working on an ERP solution (SAP preferred).
Skills:
Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.Results-driven and process improvement-focused with a strong propensity for excellence.In-depth industry knowledge within the context of food production and technology implementation and stays current with industry trends and new capabilities.Stakeholder Management: communicates with global and regional process owners and manages stakeholders from both the business and Digital Technology teams, ensuring alignment to the process, the solution, its benefits, and their role in its execution.Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
About the team.
The Procurement Process Manager will report to our Sr. Director, Global Operations Transformation. This role has the flexibility to be based out of any of our corporate offices in North America (Florenceville, New Brunswick; Oakbrook Terrace, IL or Toronto, Ontario).

Compensation Package: $97,500.00 -$130,000.00 USD annually + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
