What you will do:

Own month-end and quarter-end close tasks over commissions, including but not limited to, journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis, and financial reportingOwn compensation plan administration, including maintenance of all employee and plan data within our commissions management platformResponsible for validating data used in earnings calculations, working closely with various cross -functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all commission payments and associated reporting is in alignment with company policies and relevant incentive structuresCollaborate with senior finance, operations, and sales leadership to design and adjust incentive programs to drive performance and ensure sustainabilityProvide clear and transparent communication with stakeholders, resolving disputes and clarifying commission structures as neededProactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and transparency of the sales compensation programAd hoc projects as assigned

What you will need:

Experience:Experience in Sales Compensation roles with experience in sales compensation business operations, business process management, and finance operationsExperience in a management or supervisory role.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldSkills:Proficiency in commission management software (e.g., Xactly, Varicent), Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex dataCommissions accounting experienceProven leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaborationPreferred Skills:Accounting / Finance experience within a publicly traded companyExperience with commission management software implementations
