Job Summary:

The Governance Strategy Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the governance framework within the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs (SRA) function, in collaboration with relevant cross-functional partners. This role involves regular policy reviews, development of governance models, and new policies, ensuring compliance across all operational units (OUs) and joint ventures with company policies and standards. The role also includes developing training programs for the Global SRA Team on policies, processes, and compliance tools to ensure that all ingredients, products, and claims meet local regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the successful implementation of harmonized and optimized compliance check processes and ensure 100% deployment of automated tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Governance Framework Development: Oversee the development and enhancement of the governance framework within the SRA function.

· Policy Review and Development: Conduct regular reviews of existing policies and develop new governance models and policies to ensure compliance.

· Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance across all operational units and joint ventures with company policies and standards.

· Training Programs: Conduct training sessions for Global SRA and relevant functions & all joint ventures to ensure a thorough understanding of company policies, tools, and the overall governance model.

· Develop and deliver training programs for the Global SRA Team on policies, processes, and compliance tools.

· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all ingredients, products, and claims meet local regulations and company policies.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the implementation of harmonized and optimized compliance check processes.

· Automation Deployment: Ensure 100% deployment of automated compliance tools.

· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to governance and compliance.

· Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of governance and compliance initiatives.

. Governance for Growth (Joint Ventures Governance Strategy):

· Lead the Governance for Growth (G4G) project to ensure full compliance of all joint ventures.

Qualifications:

· Relevant degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related disciplines

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in regulatory affairs, governance, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

· Excellent communication skills

· Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Pay Range:

$105,000 - $129,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
