**Manager, Group Operational Excellence, Large Capital Projects/Process Controls** **Princeton, NJ (hybrid)** The Manager, Group Operational Excellence, Large Capital Projects/Process Controls will lead the design and execution of Large Capital Projects in the field of Process Control, Electrical Engineering and Manufacturing Digitalization. This role focuses on implementing and servicing new production lines and greenfield factory developments. The Large Capital Project (LCP) organization for dsm-firmenich North and South America acts as a key support function for all business units.
