About the Role

Support on analysis, definition and articulation of findings and preparation of recommendations to project lead across the following areas: localization of strategy, design of operating model and integration/business build outs

Roles and Responsibilities: ​

Participate in strategic problem solving to develop local strategy in BU, design operating models and support business build outs or integration activitiesConduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support decision makingSupport post merger integration / strategic business build outs projects for specific  workstreamsSupport the development of strategic narratives and presentations

Minimum Job Requirements:

5 + years Experienced  business professional from top management consultancy firm or financial servicesKnowledge and experience in : Supporting large scale (e.g. group-wide, multi-market) projects or initiatives into execution phase Delivery and project management, including associated tools, frameworks and methodologies Insurance, Healthcare and Wealth and Asset Management across Asian markets is desirable
