Role and Responsibilities

The Manager of GTM Strategy and Analytics and is responsible for the coordination, execution, and strategic alignment of SEA Mobile product launches.  SEA mobile launches over 40 SKUs that require the collaboration of over 16 teams both locally and globally.  This is a unique and highly visible role within the Product Management organization with direct engagement with C-level executives.  This individual should be comfortable interacting with executives and has a strategic mindset.  We are looking for an action-oriented individual that is passionate about business strategy and excellence in execution. This position reports to the Senior Director of PMO.

Coordinate all stakeholders to launch efficiently and effectively to reach business goals

Execute GTM activities across functions and develop a deep understanding of the business and variables that impact efficiency and effectiveness

Guide GTM teams to set targets and baselines that are aligned with corporate strategy and direction

Manage projects through the risk management process to enable on-time delivery according to plan and escalate issues before critical timelines slip

Facilitate transformation from waterfall to agile program management 

Responsible for analyzing, understanding, and articulating the GTM strategy, plan and timelines across departments and determining the strength of the total GTM plan across teams relative to previous years and targets

Evaluate the team’s go-to-market process and performance based on the evaluation scorecard.  Ensure key learnings are documented and integrated into future launches

Kick-off planning activities with individual functions to establish understanding of their go-to-market strategy; evaluate the strategy against corporate objectives and facilitate discussions to ensure cross functional teams are aligned

Develop a comprehensive master launch preparation schedule and plan that captures critical milestones, dependencies, business goals, and builds in contingency plans

Work with HQ, RPM and Marketing teams to establish creative assets (e.g., photography, logos, key visuals, messaging, etc.) and delivery schedules that support the SEA master launch schedule

Ensure all GTM deliverables are aligned with business priorities and objectives

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field with 6+ years of directly related experience

Project management experience

Experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of Windows presentation software in an NT LAN/WAN network environment

Experience with project management visualization

Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage projects

Experience storytelling with data in PowerPoint

Self-starter with excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and detailed oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Product or category management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive experience in business strategy and launch planning is strongly preferred

Prior experience in a technology environment

Experience working with multinational companies

MBA

Experience managing 100+ person matrixed teams

Experience with Agile SAFE methodology a plus
