Manager, Healthcare Compliance
**Job Description:**
Primarily responsible for working with Senior Leadership to plan, develop, and execute the Healthcare Compliance Global Analytics, Monitoring & Testing program for compliance with applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption laws, regulations, medical device industry codes, policies, procedures, and internal controls. Also, manage the reporting of applicable Healthcare Professional (HCP) and teaching hospital payments under the CMS Open Payments System for Sunshine Act and other State and Outside the United States (OUS) reporting and disclosure requirements. Job duties:
+ Work with Senior Leadership to plan, develop, and execute the Healthcare Compliance Global Analytics, Monitoring & Testing program for high-risk third parties, focused on transactions related to distributors globally.
+ Develop effective relationships to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Internal Audit, business teams, and Legal.
+ Obtain, compile, and analyze data from SAP and other internal systems.
+ Implement and/or use technology-driven visualization tools.
+ Demonstrate aptitude to identify anomalies and potential high-risk activity and control gaps within global healthcare operations involving interactions and/or engagements with HCPs and Government Officials.
+ Perform detailed testing of select transactions to review documentation and end-to-end processes against policies, procedures, internal control frameworks, and best practices.
+ Perform root cause analysis of issues and identify internal control gaps.
+ Validate findings and collaborate to create remediation and corrective actions, including any necessary escalation steps.
+ Draft reports and presentations of results.
+ Seek continuous improvement across all elements of the compliance program, using applicable insights to inform future iterations of risk assessments, policies, procedures, internal controls, and training.
+ Support the design, implementation, and execution of a future third-party auditing program.
+ Oversee one (or more) full-time associate(s) to manage the accurate reporting of applicable HCP and teaching hospital payments under the CMS Open Payments System for Sunshine Act and other State and OUS reporting and disclosure requirements.
+ Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. A minimum of six (6) years of professional compliance or auditing related experience.
3. A minimum of one (1) year of management/supervisory experience or responsibility.
4. Working knowledge of domestic and international anti-bribery, anti-corruption laws, regulations, and applicable industry codes, such as AdvaMed related to interactions/engagements with HCPs and Government Officials.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Power BI and ERP systems (SAP, Concur, etc.).
7. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively as needed.
9. Proactive and self-motivated.
10. Strong organizational/time management skills.
**Desired Qualifications**
1. Compliance Certification or other relevant certification such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
2. Medical device industry experience or related industry experience.
3. Experience with Third-Party Risk Management Lifecycle.
4. Experience with OTC (Order-to-Cash) and PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
5. Global experience.

**Salary Range:**
$119,000 - $156,000 (could be higher based on education, experience and skill set)
