Create a team environment centered around collaboration and learning; oversee team development as well as provide guidance and training to team members on best practices
Build and implement strategies in partnership with Merchandising, Planning, Expert/LCO & Vendor partners to maximize ASP and sell-thru
Liaise closely with our Luxury Consignment Office (LCO) expert team to implement strategies to drive pricing accuracy and consistency; be a leading proponent for tool development
Partner with Data Science team as the subject matter expert to develop and steer pricing algorithms; perform proactive analysis to identify opportunities for the model and direct the team’s QC efforts
Be a positive role model for the team by fostering strong cross-functional relationships with key business partners (Merch, Planning, Vendor, Ops, etc)
Promote growth & development for direct report(s) through coaching, training & ongoing performance management
Perform ad hoc analysis and recommend courses of action to drive sales, improve efficiency and protect the consignor experience
Work closely with internal departments and provide answers to pricing escalations in a timely and professional manner using thorough research, analytics, and product knowledge
What You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:
3+ years of proven success managing direct reports in a high growth environment where the only constant is change
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with G Suite & Looker a plus
Strong analytical, critical thinking & problem solving skills. Ability to relay verbal and written information concisely & effectively
Agile critical thinker, who is comfortable and confident making data driven recommendations amidst ambiguity
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Self-starter who can ramp up quickly and is excited to take on new challenges
Must have a passion for creative problem solving and insatiable curiosity
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

The expected salary range for this role is $112,608.00-$120,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
