Manager, HNW Marketing
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to target and attract High Net Worth individuals and businesses in the Greater Bay Area market. 
  Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop innovative marketing initiatives and stay ahead of the competition. 
  Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including brokers, financial advisors, and other distribution channels, to maximize business opportunities.  Collaborate with the product development team to design and launch insurance products and services tailored to the specific needs of the HNW and GBA segments that visit Hong Kong.  Create and implement effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, sponsorships, and advertising, to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.  Utilize data analytics and market insights to monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.  Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, training, and materials to enhance their effectiveness in targeting the HNW and GBA markets.  Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging customer trends, preferences, and opportunities for new product development.  Stay up to date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in the insurance and financial services industry.  Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, claims, and operations teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient processes.  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree would be a plus. Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on the High Net Worth segment. Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong insurance market, including the Greater Bay Area, and an understanding of the needs and preferences of High Net Worth individuals and businesses. Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong event management skills and stakeholder management skills.  Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed marketing decisions. Creative thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify and seize market opportunities. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages, with fluency in Mandarin. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
