WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The HR Operations Manager ensures that human resource programs support the long-termgoals of the board. This position performs professional work of considerable difficultyoverseeing a range of administrative functions related to human resource management,employee development and customer service. This position may also develop and conductregular HR training for employees and supervisors.This role helps ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, and City laws/ordinances;provides information and assistance to employees regarding human resources activities,processes, policies, and procedures.₹0 - ₹0 a yearSupervisory Responsibilities:● Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department● Oversees the daily workflow of the department● Provides constructive and timely performance evaluationsDuties/Responsibilities:● Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance withlocal, state, and federal regulations.● Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations, and recommend necessaryupdates to policies and practices.● Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure policies are legally sound and aligned withorganizational goals.● Design and implement SOPs for various HR functions to streamline operations andenhance efficiency.● Ensure SOPs are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current practices andregulatory requirements.● Train HR staff and other stakeholders on new SOPs to promote adherence andunderstanding.● Lead and manage HR projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time,within scope, and on budget.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, risks, andsuccess metrics.● Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership on milestones andoutcomes.● Oversee the maintenance and optimization of HR technology systems to ensure theymeet organizational needs.● Collaborate with IT and external vendors to facilitate system integrations and upgrades.
● Conduct regular audits of HR technology systems to ensure data integrity andcompliance with privacy regulations.● Support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performancemanagement, employee relations, and benefits administration.● Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures,and programs.● Assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs that align with the organization'sstrategic goals.● Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.● Prepare and present reports on HR operations, compliance, and project outcomes tosenior management.● Mentor and support HR team members in their professional development.● Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the HRdepartment.● Recommend business system and process changes to improve and refine thecapabilities of human resources systems.● Responsible for communicating HR system evaluation or implementation updatesthroughout the project lifecycle.● Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.● Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations and generalist functions, with afocus on policy writing, compliance, and project management.● Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.● Proven experience in creating and implementing SOPs and managing HR technologysystems.● Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complexinformation clearly.● Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology tools.● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.● Previous experience in the U.S. HR environment will be given priorityIf required for this role, you will:- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy > Incident Response Policy/Procedures > Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures > Mobile Device Policy > Account Management Policy > Access Control Policy > Personnel Security Policy > Privacy Policy
