We are seeking for a candidate with excellent leadership qualities to join our regional team as Manager, HR Shared Services. In this role you will be responsible for leading the delivery of HR services to employees across the organization within the region. This role will focus on managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of HR services, and optimizing HR processes. The ideal candidate should bring experience in managing HR teams, implementing process improvements, and delivering high-quality HR services while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage a team of HR Shared Services professionals and foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the team. Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and that employees receive timely, accurate, and high-quality services along with ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met. Oversee the delivery of HR services to employees, including but not limited to onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, payroll support, and employee inquiries through case management, chats & voice support.  Continuously review and improve HR service delivery processes for efficiency and effectiveness, streamline processes to increase productivity.  Work closely with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) teams to ensure system functionality aligns with service needs. Participate in UATs and successful implementations of systems as needed. Leverage HR technology and tools to support service delivery, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure HR shared services adhere to legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards including regional requirements. Implementing actions to improve performance and ensuring confidentiality of information, documentation and assigned records.  Work closely with other HR teams (e.g., talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations) to ensure seamless delivery of services. Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and customize solutions as necessary. Serve as the point of contact for senior leadership regarding HR service-related matters. Act as the point of contact for all regional escalations, research to identify and resolve causes for issues on complex queries and tasks. Support in developing documentation on processes with control mechanism to eliminate errors.  Act as a point of contact for HR stakeholders in various countries, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the region.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE: 

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate cultural differences Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.  Experience with HR technology (HRIS, payroll systems, etc.) and systems implementation. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance regulations. Especially EMEA/APAC countries laws.  HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required). At least 8+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR operations, or a similar role, with a proven track record in leadership.
