Position Summary:

The HRIS Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that Human Resources Information Systems support organizational and operational effectiveness, while fully-complying with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. This effort includes, but is not limited to, implementing HR software, enacting continuous improvement based on changing business requirements, maintaining information systems and employee databases, administering organizational charts and compiling, analyzing and distributing HR reports. Incumbent will manage a team of HRIS analysts.

Essential Functions:

Oversee all projects within our Human Resources Information System, across each Workday functional areaDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelinesManage partnership with IT so ensure integration touchpoints are working properly with third-party systemsConsult with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and develop/enhance HRIS configuration for each functional areaProvide regular project updates and reports to leadership and stakeholdersAct as subject matter expert for Workday configuration mattersCompile and analyze employee data to provide decision support to help drive the business in areas such as compensation, talent acquisition, payroll, etc. Create and deliver custom reporting for HR partners as well as for other internal stakeholdersReview and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of Business Process workflows; and recommend, test, and implement improvementsTroubleshoot data errors, process failures, and issues that arise during HR data changesEnsure HRIS procedures are documented and compliant with company policies, regulations and best practicesSet up and manage automation, including approval workflows, task notifications, and external emails triggered by HR processesEnsure the company and its HR systems are compliant with all applicable regulations impacting the department, company and industry; Ensure proper governmental reporting and complianceManage a team of Workday HRIS analystsAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your roleRepresents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or human resource management (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 8 years of human resources experience, with deep expertise in developing, deploying and maintaining Human Resource Information SystemsExperience in building, configuring, customizing and implementing an HRIS system, specifically WorkdayTechnically proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDeep understanding of human resources business processes and practicesStrong project management and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented environmentAbility to establish relationships across the organization and at various hierarchical levelsAbility to travel up to 5% of the time
