Manager, HRIS - ServiceNow HRSD

Your work will enable our teams to thrive as they help patients live healthier and more productive lives. **How you’ll make an impact:** + Build and drive the culture of the HR knowledgebase by sharing within HR community and serve as the advocate for Knowledge Management initiatives. + Edit newly submitted and existing knowledge base content for quality and effectiveness + Create and deliver training on the new development and enhancements for current and new processes. + Analyze feedback, usage statistics, and other data to prioritize creation and continuous improvement of ServiceNow HRSD. + Create, analyze, and report on metrics to measure the usage, adoption, success of knowledge resources. + Ability to analyze advanced HR scenarios and develop recommendations and design solutions. + Strong understanding of employee culture and build and maintain key relationships with Stakeholders, COEs and SMEs. + Plan SN Knowledgebase projects and activities while developing solutions that add value to Edwards employees and stakeholders with accountability for successful completion within scope of project deliverables. + Provide direction and guidance to execute tactical HRIS projects and/or initiatives. Identify and interpret trends and patterns to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs. + Create and review data of articles adoption, usage of premier (high-value, frequently used) KM content, and summarize benefits, outcomes, and improvement opportunities for the organization. + Identify and evaluate SN and KB process improvements and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities. Create and maintain proper documentation related to HR systems. + Partner with other SMEs outside of HR (IT, Legal, Finance, etc) to provide HR with more robust analytics. Develop thorough understanding of HR-related data and creates complex queries to extract data for comprehensive analysis. + Evaluate, revise, and continuously improve the KM Framework workflow and procedures as the organization scales. + Other incidental duties as assigned by manager **What you’ll need (required):** + Bachelor's Degree and 8 years experience of analytics including 2+ years ServiceNow experience + Strong understanding of the project lifecycle **What else we look for (preferred):** + Prior experience in HR systems or HR technology, preferably 5+ years + Prior experience with ServiceNow HRSD and a strong understanding of how ServiceNow operated within the HR setting + HRSD certification + Exposure to and participation in ServiceNow implementations + Able to build and maintain strong relations with varying levels and types of stakeholders in order to influence, drive change, perform as the SME, and escalate issues to the appropriate levels of management + Ability to quickly learn new concepts, skills, and processes, seeks new knowledge, embraces feedback and learns from mistakes + Prior experience working in AGILE + Working knowledge of HTML + Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio skills + Proven successful project management skills + Strong organizational, self-directed, analytical, and decision-making skills to thrive with aggressive time sensitive deadlines + Proven expertise in ServiceNow and related systems in deployment, analysis and maintenance + Solid in-person and remote presentation skills with ability to demonstrate technical solutions clearly, facilitate discussions and drive decisions + Ability to articulate and assess analytical needs in ambiguous situations + Strict attention to detail + Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment, prioritizes tasks, avoids procrastination, and balances responsibilities effectively + Consult in project setting within specific sections of area + Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California, the base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $163,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
