About the Role:

The Manager of HR Operations reports to the Director of Global HR Operations and is responsible for partnering in the oversight of global HR administration, benefits and compensation, compliance and audit functions, global policy management and HR Systems supporting all global locations of Intermedia across the United States, Canada, Europe, Eastern Europe, and Japan.

Job responsibility:

Manages the global human resource administration, HR systems, operational processes, programs, and projects. Directly manages the global HR operations administration teams, day-to-day responsibilities, and performance. Co-leads in the development of new HR operational efficiencies across all functions of the global HR operations programs focused on scalable methodologies and tools to optimize and streamline HR administration and core processes. Leads and participates in global HR initiatives, executing changes to programs, systems, and processes while advising on HR administration process and system efficiencies and end user experience. Learns and becomes knowledgeable of local country laws for all locations of Intermedia, ensuring that the HR operational functions comply with data privacy, regulatory legal requirements, and policies. Co-manages global company policies, ensuring a regular cadence of audit and policy update management. Supports the HR function by managing process-development, communication and tactical execution of plans and programs within specialized HR disciplines including mandated and voluntary benefits, leave administration, HRIS, 3rd party systems integrations, corporate initiatives and audits, SOX and HIPPA compliance, Worker’s Compensation, Light Duty programs, and associate records and document control. Manages and administers corporate benefits programs across all global locations. Administers mandatory and voluntary benefits including worker’s compensation, employee leave compliance. Contracts with voluntary providers to supplement corporate benefit offerings where appropriate. Manages and executes plans and changes to Intermedia HR systems, ensuring accuracy of database and related reports. Coordinates HRIS, payroll and other 3rd party systems integration for all HR Operations related needs. Supports compensation program management and administration through benchmark survey analysis, internal compensation comparisons considering market competitiveness and internal compression. Partners in establishing position salary ranges across all countries and updates as needed. Supports all compensation program/project management related to off-cycle and annual compensation management ensuring global consistency in approach and practice.

Requirements:

BA in business and/or Human Resources 5+ years in Human Resources operations experience in benefits, compensation, HR systems, compliance, policy administration and management 3+ years management experience Global HR experience Focus on data, high accuracy, and operational efficiencies Experience developing and improving the HR administration functions Track record of effectively taking initiative in a fast pace, high growth global work environment Hands on execution of deliverables while managing strategic and tactical day-to-day work Positive, team oriented and encouraging teammate and manager A love to learn with high curiosity
