Job Description

Position Overview - Basic Functions & Responsibility

The Business Excellence BP role is expected to bridge between vaccine business needs and business excellence solutions, leveraging BE solutions to empower vaccine business under a fast-changing environment, and leveraging vaccine business needs to contribute to the upgrade of BE CoEs and empower the digital transformation of vaccine business. As Business Excellence BP to VBU, he/she will work closely with BE & VBU cross-functional teams to support business strategy formulation, address business challenges with comprehensive BE solutions and empower vaccine business digitalization.

The Core Responsibilities are:

Support business strategy formulation with expertise on consumer marketing, consumer activation, digital marketing and digitalization transformation.Address vaccine business challenges with comprehensive BE solutions, esp. on digital marketing, consumer activation, performance tracking, social listening, etc.Empower vaccine business digitalization including digital customer engagement (customer, content, channel and cadence), vaccine-related digital ecosystem establishment, vaccine business risk management, etc.Understand vaccine business needs with field SFE (sales-force effectiveness) support and participate in field quarterly business reviews with BE expertise.Support BE-related CoE and capability enhancement based on vaccine business needs., by leading BE initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above. A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated strong capabilities and experience in digital marketing and consumer marketing.Experience in healthcare-related consumer products or medical products / pharmaceutical industry will be a plus. Experience in consulting industry will be a plus.Skills and experience in marketing strategy development, insights generation from data and statistics, digital marketing & consumer marketing campaign execution and tracking, digital customer engagement, cross-functional communication and project management. Skills in SFE (sales-force effectiveness) including potential assessment, target setting, territory management and incentive design will be a plus.Curiosity and willingness in vaccine industry and business excellence, can-do spirit, result-oriented, multi-workstream management, and integrity.Capability to work under English environment, including written and verbal English.
