Job Details:
The Manager, Intake Implementation is accountable for the planning, design, and execution of intake implementation projects in support of CarepathRx's health system partnerships. As the Manager, Intake Implementation, success will rely on your ability to collaboratively work with internal and external customers to set milestones, hold team members accountable to deadlines, lead cross-functional teams, possess excellent presentation skills, work independently, and manage all aspects of the client implantation process taking projects from contract signing and initiation to successful completion and hand-off to account management. Success and accountability will lie in your ability to deliver project completion within timeline and scope.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute health system partner Intake implementation project specifications, milestones, strategic initiatives, and scope based on customer needs assessment and capabilities
Set, drive, and deliver clear project internal and external customer expectations
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders via clear project milestones and deliverables
Monitor internal and external customer commitments and deliverables ensuring milestone delivery and adherence to project timelines
Develop clear internal and external customer communication strategies
Assess client needs and manage the development of specific client training plans.
Initiate and lead cross-functional team conference calls, video presentations and on-site customer meetings coordinating with both internal and external customers
Accountable for meeting and exceeding Key Business Objectives and Annual Performance Metrics in coordination with direct report manager. Key metrics include, but are not limited to client satisfaction, adherence to project milestones and deadlines, timely and accurate planning, and execution of projects through completion, and successful ability in leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.

Skills & Abilities
Expertise in the management of multiple projects at differing phases of implementation
Working collaboratively with both internal and external customers fiving projects through completion
Strong healthcare knowledge of health system operations, associated health plans, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit management (PBM’s)
Drive to meet deadlines and deliver on expected results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills delivering concise direction to all levels of the internal and external customer organizations.
Passion to go over and above in delivering customer-centric service and solutions, driving customer satisfaction

Detailed oriented
Requirements
High School graduate required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
3 years leadership experience in a professional environment or other health care environment preferred.
Computer skills and Microsoft office products experience required.
Documented expertise in Intake/Insurance (acute, ambulatory, home health, pharmacy) experience preferred.
Self-motivated needing minimal direction in execution of implementation projects, and internal and external customer communication
