Due to growth, we are adding a Manager, Implementation Process to our Implementation department.
The Manager, Implementation Process will lead a team of Implementation Process Analysts responsible for collaborating with the Implementation Team and their business partners to identify and define client implementation opportunities, strategies, and plans that align with organizational goals. The Manager, Implementation Process provides direction and expertise to ensure senior leadership decision-making is optimal for return on investment. The Manager, Implementation Process will partner with internal SMEs and leaders to develop and document best practices, create tracking and monitoring tools, develop performance metrics, ensure process compliance, and establish continuous feedback loops for the purpose of ongoing process improvement. Tasks include driving the development and constant enhancement of implementation processes, tools, and systems, flexing with industry and client demands and changes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience required3+ years of experience in healthcare required2+ years of experience leading root cause analysis, establishing and executing effective process improvement or change management plans required2+ years of experience in project management required2+ years of experience with PBM client implementations, benefit configuration, account management, or client services requiredExperience leading and/or mentoring team members requiredProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePointExperience with client implementations, benefit configuration, account management, or client services in health plans and/or multiple lines of business preferredParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesWhat can you expect from Navitus?
