We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Boston Tour Consultant team.   As Manager of Individual Sales with Go Ahead Tours you will be at the forefront of an organization that is shaping the global perspective of passionate travelers. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in a significant portion of Go Ahead Tour’s business. Your Individual Sales Team will be responsible for outreach to a large number of leads and will work directly with customers to select the travel experience that best fits their needs. As a Manager, you will both inspire and motivate your team of salespeople—focusing on helping them manage their sales pipeline and exceed sales targets in a hybrid office environment. Other key activities include hiring new talent, ensuring a successful onboarding experience, and helping facilitate your team’s professional development.   You will report to the Individual Sales Director who will be your coach and mentor, developing you into a successful staff manager. Together, and with other sales managers across North America you will collaborate on sales strategy, team structure, systems integration and internal communication.   Responsibilities  Assist in the hiring and onboarding process  Manage and hold the team accountable to individual sales goals   Coach sales staff on pipeline management and reporting  Drive strategy for the Tour Consultant team  Collaborate with your sales trainer on the sales process and call quality Contribute ideas to holistic Indies Sales Team strategy Partner with Director of Sales on communication with other departments within Go Ahead Day-to-day management of the team including time off and travel schedule  Requirements  2+ years EF experience in a customer-facing role  1+ years experience managing teams Passion for motivating others to achieve success  Skilled in both verbal and written communication forms Displays skills of inclusive leadership and collaboration Displays strategic thinking and analytical skill sets Ability to create a plan and strategy to maximize results     Why You’ll Love Working Here: Perks, Benefits
