The Manager designs systems to support the continued development of the organization's privacy program while ensuring all policies and processes meet privacy obligations. This person will deliver business operations reviews to identify privacy risks and gaps, and to develop risk remediation. Responsibilities & Duties: -Support timely completion of responses to client, regulatory and other third party requests for information about our privacy and information governance practices. -Coordinate with internal stakeholders as needed to submit responses and regulatory filings related to our program. -Support AI Governance program documentation as needed. -Serve as a program subject matter expert resource who will research and prepare responses to inquiries from business teams, clients and regulators. -Develop data privacy proficiency and understand the key aspects of healthcare data regulatory frameworks. In order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following: -Ability to prioritize appropriately, and multi-task on high priority and high impact projects. -Organization skills and attention to detail to provide support with addressing new and discrete legal requirements. -Strong ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. -Knowledge of privacy, security, and data governance standards and commitments applicable to CVS Health and its various business segments, and the ability to analyze. -Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills -Adept at business intelligence -Adept at problem solving and decision making skills -Adept at collaboration and teamwork **Required Qualifications** 5+ years of experience in a corporate and/or academic environment **Preferred Qualifications** Privacy and/or compliance experience **Education** Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of related experience **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
