The Manager, Information Technology is responsible for playing a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team within the information technology function. This scope of this job includes providing technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the successful execution of IT projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department leaders to align IT initiatives with the overall business strategy and assist the team in deploying solutions that enhance organizational efficiency, compliance, and digital transformation.Serve as the relationship owner across other organizations and key leaders to identify cross-organization improvements and handoffs and facilitate communication between IT and peer organizations.Support day-to-day responsibilities for vendor and partner management that support strong and productive relationships.Manage escalations and complex issues from clients, vendors, or internal stakeholders, partner with team leaders to identify end-to-end processes and areas for enhancement and support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and their adoption within the team.Help establish and maintain a compliance and reporting framework to improve quality and collaborate with other governing bodies in WellSky to align processes and governance policies.Contribute to executing strategies and key objectives that support financial, operational, and governance programs.Assist in managing IT’s workforce planning framework to ensure proper human capital needs are met and optimized for future growth.Perform other job duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceAt least 4-6 years of relevant experienceAt least 0-2 years of Management work experience Experience managing the triage and support of a complex Salesforce.com ecosystem that includes capabilities such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, Certinia PSA, DocuSign, Mulesoft, and/or other capabilities

Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar certification(s) Healthcare industry experienceJob Expectations:
