Job Summary:
This senior position provides technical and managerial leadership to multiple IT functional areas. The individual assigns work, develops and maintains project plan, performs resource management, develops time and cost estimates, monitors budget for area of responsibility and performs HR activities for team members. The individual directs team by setting priorities, coordinating, and reporting group activities and performance.THIS POSITION REQUIRES 2 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE IN NEWARK NJ HQ
Manages the delivery of development, production, or operational support across multiple IT areasManage cross-divisional and Enterprise-wide projects of increased complexity, size and scopeManage IT vendor contracts to ensure timely, accurate delivery of services according to established performance levelsMonitors internal and external technology trends and makes recommendations for operating improvementsManage work in accordance with the IT Operating ModelAccountable for maintaining effective internal controls over the processes and transactions under areas of responsibility including the completeness and accuracy of financial information and transactions, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree required or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.Requires a minimum of 5 years experience managing and implementing IT projectsTechnical Skills:

$119,400 - $162,960This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
