Your day to day:

The purpose of the role is to ensure the appropriate governance to the software development activities delivered for one of Vodafone’s internal customer.

In this role, you will be accountable for the governance part of a distributed software development team, where we business decisions are approach as build-vs-buy. The scope of the team is to increase automation across the activities delivered to the customer, as well as enhancing the software development portfolio.

In this role, you need to make sure standardisation of practices in SDLC is being driven and enforced at various levels in the software development teams and organised to that it drives best-in-class results.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Own selected components of the SAFe framework and best practices, align and establish them with all stakeholders and ensure they are maintained over time.Execution of selected processes, e.g. the Demand Management for VCI Development Value Streams across the different VCI functions vs. available development capacities Accountable for governance and implementation of industry best practices in software development undertakings.Accountable for the effective and efficient execution of application service support processes compliant to ITIL and VCI process standards and requirements, fulfilling committed SLAs.Accountable for the scaling of the function and the continuous implementation of efficiencies.With these skills you are a great candidate: > 5 years of line management experience in the area of large-scale IT systems in a multi-national environment.> 10 years of experience in building and operations of IT applications Good knowledge of agile methodologies for application development, ideally with an insight into DevOps and DevSecOpsExperience in working with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams, act as a team leader, coach team members and other stakeholders.Demonstrates interest to learn and further develop agile approaches in business relevant environments University degree in IT or compatible professional experienceDeep understanding of Web-Technologies and IT in generalDeep understanding of operational procedures and process standards based on ITILGood understanding of agile methodologies respectively SAFe Fluent EnglishSounds like the perfect job?
