• Provides leadership and direction for the Engineering staff to meet the demands of the business.
• Manages development and execution task-based assignments or projects in the order which received and/or based on criticality.
• Collaborates with multiple departments for new infrastructure builds and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
• Communicates direction on designing and implementing new solutions.
• Advises with managers status updates, issues and/or concerns.
• Will assist in maintaining and updating documentation.
• Administers onsite and remote assistance as needed.
• Plans, daily stand-ups, backlogs sessions.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
• Identifies areas of opportunity to improve our service offering.
