The Manager, Inside Sales is responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability. Manage and lead the inside sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions. Ensure the inside sales team provides excellent customer service and resolves customer issues promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
