Job Overview: Solera Installation Services is currently seeking a Manager of Installation Services to oversee a team of Installation Coordinators. This individual will manage the team(s) and installation processes for Solera’s automotive and/or fleet verticals and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient installations of our solutions for our clients. This individual will be driven, customer-centric, and adept at thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to meet the evolving needs of our clients and internal teams. You will work closely with your team(s), peers, and Solera customers to ensure customer satisfaction through the initial and ongoing installation services provided to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Installation Coordinators, Sales, Account Management, and other Solera leadership to ensure clients have a timely and quality installation of automotive and/or fleet products. Oversee a team of Installation Coordinators to develop, improve, and maintain installation processes and ensure SLAs are met while driving customer satisfaction.  

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years- combined experience in training/implementation/technical support/ logistics/Automotive Retail•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Ability to set expectations and communicate goals and objectives with customers and team members•Ability to work independently and collaboratively•Working knowledge of hardware installation, fleet management systems, telematics, and/or automotive related technologies and/or experience is preferred.•Experience with web and mobile device technologies•Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload•Ability to understand and escalate issues efficiently and appropriately•Ability to identify new opportunities for process improvement•Possess outstanding decision making and analytical skills•Serve as a knowledge resource and escalation point for customers, team members, and peers
