The Manager, Integrated Analytics of Immunology - Autoantibody position is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights and analytics that shape decisions and drive organizational action for the Autoantibody franchise within the Immunology business unit. This position will support marketing, sales, and business partners: delivering business building recommendations, shaping decision-making, and advising product strategy. The position plays a key role in guiding the commercial team and as a result, shares accountability for business results.
This individual must have a consistent track record to lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and encourage sensible risk-taking. They will have the tenacity and fortitude to pursue novel solutions and analytics that address the needs of patients. They will be personally accountable for making Johnson & Johnson Credo-based decisions and encouraging a Credo-based culture.
Key Responsibilities
+ Demonstrate strong project management and consulting skills, including active listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and crafting a presentation for impact
+ Identify, craft and complete analytics which inform commercial strategy and tactics
+ Develop KPI plan, measure and report ongoing performance, identify critical themes for discussion
+ Leverage disparate data and insight sources to address key business questions, uncover opportunities, evaluate performance, and assess impact of marketing and sales tactics
+ Develop insights that lead to actionable recommendations which influence business partner decision making
+ Find opportunities to embed partner capabilities (Advanced Analytics, Access Insights, Patient Engagement, etc.) to drive impact for brand and organizational efficiency
+ Serve as a leader in integrating data and analytics (national, subnational, payer) to deliver a cohesive view of the business
+ Demonstrate leadership courage to set boundaries and ensure time is spent on the most critical/high value projects

Education:
+ Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred
Experience and Skills
Required:
+ At least five (5) years of relevant business experience
+ Demonstrated ability to answer business questions through analytics to form relevant recommendations and shape decisions
+ Experience in developing compelling visualizations of data with comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions
+ Strength in storytelling, data visualization, and developing effective presentations
+ Knowledge across analytics approaches and ability to identify appropriate approach to address business questions
+ Demonstrated success solving business problems and generating meaningful insights and recommendations
+ Ability to work in the Horsham, PA office 3 days a week and to travel up to 5% domestically.
Preferred:
+ Familiarity with different types of pharma datasets
+ Proven success partnering across the commercial organization to integrate insights & analytics, then translate into actionable recommendations
+ Experience developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations that shape brand strategy
+ Demonstrated ability to identify and define the problem with a focused approach to solving
+ High degree of intellectual curiosity
