This position is responsible for leading the integration and execution of analytics which generate new business insights and uncover growth opportunities for the US Invega LAI franchise. This position plays a leading role in advising and counseling management in the development of new and existing business strategies and as a result, shares accountability for business results. The position will partner closely with Strategy, Analytics, & Transformation matrix partners and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: o Identify, design, and execute integrated analytics which inform marketing and sales strategy and tactics. + Leverage data sources to address key business questions and uncover business opportunities. + Build new insights and actionable recommendations and influence business partners at all levels to incorporate in decision making. + Explore new insights and processes to drive and measure growth of Invega LAI franchise o Ensure seamless integration of analytics from national and subnational levels across key data sources to evaluate business performance and impact of marketing and sales tactics. + Identify and develop metrics to measure and monitor performance through automated dashboards + Seek opportunities to standardize and simplify metrics for Schizophrenia Reporting Hub o Collaborate with key stakeholders and matrix partners (including Data Management and Strategy, Forecasting, Integrated Analytics, SIA Portfolio Solutions and consultant resources) on deliverables and data integrity Demonstrate leadership courage to set boundaries and ensure time is spent on the most critical/ high value projects o Enable Credo-based culture and serve as a role model for making Credo-based decisions **Qualifications** Education: + BA/BS or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree desirable Experience and Skills: Required: + A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in market research, forecasting, marketing intelligence, sales, business analytics, strategic planning, finance, management consulting is required + Proven success partnering across the commercial organization to generate actionable insights and recommendations + Experience shaping and influencing organizational decision-making + Strength in storytelling, data visualization and developing effective presentations + Knowledge and demonstrated use of syndicated healthcare data sources and suppliers + Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required Preferred: + Self-motivation and a high degree of intellectual curiosity + Strong leadership agility and success solving ambiguous business issues + Knowledge across a broad spectrum of forecasting and analytic approaches and ability to identify appropriate approach to address key business questions + Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is preferred Other: + Job will require approximately 10% travel (domestic) The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
