Are you passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences and leading an impactful corporate social responsibility program? The People and Culture team at Watkins Wellness is looking for a dynamic Manager of Internal Communications and Social Impact who can help shape our company culture and community engagement programs. Reporting directly to the VP of People and Culture, you'll play a critical role in our organization with a balanced focus on both internal communications strategy and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Your expertise in crafting compelling narratives and fostering purposeful initiatives will be crucial as we strengthen employee connections and expand our social responsibility footprint.

Are you a skilled communicator? Your strategic vision will drive internal communication initiatives that inform, engage, and inspire employees across all levels, ensuring alignment with company goals, values, and culture. You'll measure success through engagement metrics and feedback loops, continuously optimizing our communication strategy.Can you be a creative storyteller? You will create clear, compelling messaging that supports company-wide initiatives, leadership communications, and cultural integration while managing various communication channels in collaboration with our Internal Communication strategist. This includes newsletters, intranet, town halls, leadership messages, and digital content.Do you excel at building partnerships? To enhance our social impact, you will develop and lead corporate social responsibility programs through our Watkins Cares program (our employee-driven community support initiative) and align with Masco Cares initiatives. You'll build relationships with nonprofits and external partners, manage grant requests, award applications, and serve as the liaison between Watkins and Masco.Are you passionate about employee engagement? You will establish programs and oversee key internal events such as Service and Way Awards programs, Shutdown luncheon, and office holiday party. You'll develop creative campaigns around large-scale internal initiatives including performance management, wellness, annual open enrollment, and organizational transformation.Can you drive positive changes? You will support crisis communications and change management efforts, ensuring employees are informed and equipped to navigate transitions. You'll track and report on social impact metrics and budget to demonstrate progress and effectiveness of our community initiatives.Will you lead and develop a team? You'll ensure your Internal Communication and Social Impact team is well-trained, effective, and efficient in supporting the organization. You'll set work priorities, establish goals, perform evaluations, and provide professional growth opportunities for your team.Can you strengthen our employer brand? You'll support employer branding initiatives both inside and outside the organization, including branding on social media sites and internal postings. You'll ensure social media content strategy aligns with our Internal Communication strategy and The Watkins Way values.WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or CSR related rolesStrong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiencesExperience managing internal communication channels and tools (e.g., intranet, email platforms, digital signage, video, etc.)Passion for social impact, with experience developing and executing CSR initiativesStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersCollaborative and influential leadership style, with the ability to work across teams and leadership levelsWHAT YOU’LL GET
