This critical role is at the core of our Wireline Acquisition team. You will spearhead Internet and household acquisition strategies in Alberta, British Columbia, and Quebec ILEC. Your team will develop best-in-class acquisition strategies and experiences, leveraging our portfolio of Internet products (PureFibre Internet, Copper Internet, Wireless Home Internet, and WiFi) and bundled solutions to attract households from our competitors.
Reporting to the Director, Wireline Acquisition, we are looking for an experienced leader that is eager to deliver bottom line results, thrives in a high energy, high performance culture and embodies cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.

● Develop and execute 4P marketing plans to meet Internet acquisition, Wireline, and Mobile & Home household creation business objectives, specifically leveraging mediums such as mass campaigns, 1:1 journeys (email, MMS, outbound calling, campaigns, etc.), digital platforms, and sales channel partnerships.
● Elevate premium, differentiated value propositions, specifically our PureFibre network, within the Internet portfolio consistently across all customer and channel touchpoints, and support product evolutions and enhancements.
● Lead short- and medium-term cross-functional action plans to drive loading, product intensity, Mobile & Home, and revenue business objectives with product, pricing, and channel teams.
● Develop and maintain a perspective on key growth and marketing positioning opportunities, based on a deep understanding of our gross loading performance and market trends.
● Partner with our digital teams to become an industry leader in crafting personalized, targeted, and meaningful customer engagement.
● Champion a collaborative environment, focusing on team member engagement to promote accountability.
● Provide mentorship, direction, and leadership to team members accountable for executing acquisition marketing strategies, campaigns, and channel engagement initiatives.

Great-to-haves:
