Axalta is searching for a Manager, Investor Relations to join our team in Philadelphia, PA!
As our Manager, Investor Relations, you will support the Vice President of Investor Relations in developing and executing the company's investor relations program in addition to supporting corporate strategy programs.
The primary objectives of the IR program are to educate investors and security analysts about the company; build relationships that support favorable future access to capital markets; and disseminate timely market intelligence to Axalta executives, inclusive of peer analysis. You will be responsible for responding to shareholder inquires, monitoring key market trends, and preparation of quarterly earnings materials through proactive engagement across business units and relevant corporate functions.
Our Investor Relations philosophy is built in tandem with our corporate financial planning process, which the candidate will also support. Tasks will include end-market assessments as part of annual strategy reviews, macro environment analysis and episodic due diligence efforts to facilitate corporate development actions.

Bachelor's degree in business related major required.Minimum of five years of experience in public accounting, Investor Relations or finance.Experience working independently and successfully with minimal supervision.Experience simultaneously executing on both tactical and strategic projects.Preferred:
Major in finance, economics, or a related quantitative discipline preferred.FP&A, equity research, equity capital markets, or investment banking strongly preferred.Advanced communications and relationship skills.Keen intellect, integrity, a sense of urgency and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.Our Company:
