Requirements:
Deep understanding of Project Management methodologies Work directly with Sales, Project Managers, & deployment resources to ensure flawless execution of our implementations Ensure customer satisfaction and SLA's are exceeded Continuous focus of services improvements Good understanding of financial & cost control practices Maintain communication with customers and WWT staff Personnel management and development Ability to build a high performance team with high morale Recruitment, interviewing, & forecasting staffing requirements Drive project schedule, scope, and milestone performance within the PMO Monitor and manage the day-to-day aspects of projects within the PMO Proper staffing & utilization management Excellent understanding of issue management and resolution, as well as risk mitigation Ensure projects are planned and executed in line with the PMO methodology Continued focus on methodologies & deployment process improvements Review of project deliverables Ensure rigor and discipline around postmortem and after-action reviews Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, as well as subcontractors
