Position Purpose: Responsible for gathering and organizing assessment data and results to support risk reporting and monitoring processes. Advises, designs, and/or validates the status of IT controls and processes and assists in the design of corrective actions to address control deficiencies.Monitors and evaluates operational, service, and performance data through automated reporting and regular communication
Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
Performs enhancement reviews and facilitates discussions on quality issues and current trends
Leads the assessments of levels of risk and compliance (deriving from external and internal threats) across Centene
Communicates, consults, and assists in remediation of control findings and gaps with IT and business stakeholders
Manages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide leadership, technical guidance and coaching
Shares knowledge and develop staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices
Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve resultsPerforms other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Master's Degree preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Splunk, PowerBI, AlteryxLead development of control monitoring dashboards & alerting systemsExperience with ServiceNow IRM module or similar risk management platforms
Technical Skills:

Pay Range: $85,300.00 - $158,100.00 per year
