Overview:

The primary function of the Manager of IT Audit and Compliance is to ensure Six Flags Information Technology systems and processes align with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. This role focuses on managing audits and assessments that evaluate the effectiveness, security, and compliance of IT infrastructure, applications, and controls.

Responsibilities:Conduct and lead Risk Assessment and PCI Assessment proceduresFacilitate and lead User Acceptance Review (UAR) processesAudit of IT Policy and Procedure implementationsEvaluate Business Risk and Mitigation practicesAssist with documenting IT Security Policies and ProceduresMonitor and document IT Policy ExceptionsModerate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and facilitate Change Board Review (CBR) processes

Qualifications:Associate's degree in Information Technology, Finance or related discipline. Bachelor's degree preferred.4-6 years of relevant experience is required4+ years of IT Auditing experience and strong knowledge risk assessment is requiredPreferred requirements: General understanding of IT processes; Familiar with financial accounting compliance requirementsTravel requirement: 5%
