• Evaluates results of process analysis, audits, and plan implementation to determine organizational efficiency.

• Collaborates with quality, business process owners, and other functional areas on strategic planning for process quality improvements.

• Identifies, evaluates, prioritizes and tracks Information Technology Service Management process improvement initiatives.

• Prioritizes and oversees implementation of improvement efforts.

• Directs process audits and/or team members in the development of process quality and improvement programs and initiatives.

• Acts as an expert reference point on Information Technology Infrastructure Library methodology and practice.

• Provides knowledge of industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices to the IT organization.
