About the role

What you'll do here:

Collaborate with teams to ensure we meet the objectives defined in our transformation charter.Modernize our agile delivery office.Lead the transition from project-driven to product-driven operating models at the VP level.Ensure that agile/lean and agile best practices are in place at scale: lean portfolio, planning, reporting, roadmap.Be an agent of transformation to promote our values and ensure constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders.Promote a culture of continuous improvement through coaching focused on the agile method.Support the team members in their development plans.

What you bring to the table:

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any combination of equivalent education and experience.Experience in technological transformation projects related to the infrastructure and the cloud.Good knowledge of different agility and continuous improvement frameworks while demonstrating the ability to adapt them to the VP’s context.Strong organization and planning skills.Excellent presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage stakeholder relationships.Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Excellent people management skills.Provide leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with the ability to develop and coach your team to achieve their goals.Proven leadership and ability to influence, remain calm and maintain focus on sustainable results.Results-oriented.Collaborative and proactive with ideas and solutions.Sense of prioritization and change management.Political common sense.For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required (French and English). - Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
