40We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Regional Partnering Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and supporting our Epic Community Connect program.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster strong relationships with regional leaders and community connect partners
Work closely with healthcare providers to understand their needs and tailor the Epic system accordingly.
Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Conduct regular system assessments to identify and implement improvements.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in Epic systems and healthcare IT.
What You'll Need:
Bachelors degree in ITDS, Business, or a related field
5 + years of relevant work experience
Prior experience with Epic or Community Connect a plus but not required
Strong project management skills, with experience in leading large-scale IT projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
