Salary: $77,280.00 - $96,600, bonus eligible
Location: Position will be based out of our Golden Road Brewery, Hybrid – Remote
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Off Premise Key Account Manager (KAM) for Golden Road & Four Peaks is responsible for growing share by developing & maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers, Region Team, and key Off Premise stakeholders. The overall purpose of this position is to manage and execute sales objectives at Off Premise Key Accounts, including volume, share, distribution, and assortment. The KAM must be organized, ambitious, analytical, and dependable.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Grow Golden Road & Four Peaks sales & share in off-premise chain accounts.
Provide total account management; sell-in corporate programs and brand promotions.
Direct and manage space management priorities of Golden Road & Four Peaks and the account.
Utilize sales tools (IRI, Hero, IDIG, PowerBI, etc.)
Maintain active communications and foster relationships with region sales and wholesaler personnel.
Evaluate strategies and action plans against allocated budget; manage budgets.
Contribute to development and management of monthly PRs and annual account plan.
Facilitate communication of wholesaler's pricing to chain account.
Travel up to 50%, majority being day trips in Southern California, and Arizona
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred (emphasis in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing is strongly desired).
Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly Category Management and information-based selling).
Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet)
High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations
Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred.
Effective Communications/Presenting, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer products industries
Understanding of wholesaler network/processes.
Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment.
