Key Account Manager- Walmart

Permanent, fullt-time

Hybrid, 3 days/week

The Key Account Manager will enhance and manage relationships with Walmart Canda to achieve sales and profit goals. This role involves creating pricing agreements, promotions, and executing sales strategies while reporting to the National Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

Manage and strengthen relationships with the Walmart Canda Merchant and their various departments.Develop and execute action plans to meet sales and profit objectives, grounded in customer insights and business opportunities.Introduce and launch new products at points of sale.Oversee budget management and prepare sales forecasts aligned with corporate goals.Communicate with the Field Sales Team to coordinate banner priorities, promotions at points of sale and new product launches in storesPrepare presentations, business reviews, and sales reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Utilize data from internal reports, Nielsen,  Retail Link and market trends to advise on customer growth strategies.Collaborate with Channel RGM, Finance, and Marketing teams to develop effective marketing and promotional plans. Requirements

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.5-7 years of experience managing key accounts in the CPG industry.

Competencies:

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Retail LinkStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and time management abilities.Self-motivated with a dynamic approach and leadership qualities.Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.Willingness to travel 10% of the time.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
