Grab for Business is the B2B SaaS team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food & package deliveries as well as related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We actively engage with top companies and top brands across the region and its imperative that we promote successful key account management in our organisation. Our team consists of both young and experienced individuals who are tenacious, motivated and energized by the fact that we exist to make a change - have a societal impact in Southeast Asia.

Get to know the Role:

As a Manager for Key Account Management, you will grow an expanding portfolio of top Philippine corporate clients. You will report to the Head of Omnicommerce and Business Development, and will report onsite to our Exquadra Tower office in Ortigas, Manila.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform:

Regional Key Account Management: Manage a portfolio of top Philippine corporate clients, using insights to upsell and cross-sell platform products, meet revenue goals, and exceed client expectations. Strong sales acumen required for prospecting, building a pipeline, and tracking performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that address client needs and meet targets.Relationship Management: Foster long-lasting relationships with top Philippine corporate clients and brands through strategic planning, addressing objections, and understanding their needs. Gain deep knowledge of Grab for Business and its solutions to better serve clients, while cultivating relationships within client organizations for upselling opportunities.Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage data analysis (using Salesforce CRM) to drive growth strategies for your portfolio and pipeline, strengthening Grab for Business’ market leadership. Present data-driven account plans to set revenue goals and business strategies that enhance client performance, while supporting new initiatives and launches.

Qualifications

The must-haves:

7 or more years of key account management experience in B2B, SaaS, media, enterprise or corporate environment (direct client-facing role).Track record of exceeding sales and key account targets.Quick to learn Grab for Business products, processes, and partners.Effective communicator with strong presentation and speaking skills.Inspired to excel and grow within a high-growth tech startup, demonstrating integrity and respect.Proficient in Salesforce CRM and data analysis tools.
