+ This job is a member of the Labor Relations Team within the Corporate Affairs Division.
+ Responsible for maintaining working partnerships with operational areas, which have organized work groups for the purpose of implementing, maintaining, and administering collective bargaining agreements.
**What you'll do**
+ Provides prompt and effective support on labor-related issues to management within multiple corporate departments
+ Manages disputes and negotiates resolutions between union representatives and management
+ Negotiates new work rules for organized employee groups
+ Manages the administration and interpretation of labor agreements for assigned work group
+ Provides support for grievance handling up to and including arbitration
+ Develops and maintains responsible relationships with labor organizations representing assigned work group
+ Ability to travel
**All you'll need for success**
**Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or related field or equivalent experience/training
+ 5 years experience in HR, Labor Relations, or operational management of unionized employees
+ 2 years in a supervisory/management position
+ Experience or formal training in early dispute resolution strategy
**Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Previous contract administration and negotiation experience
+ Advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or related field or Human Resources certification
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
+ Ability to quickly respond to change and communicate new directions to client groups
