**Overview**
The Manager of Lead Management will build, develop and manage the team that receives marketing-generated leads and qualifies those leads into new business opportunities. This team will play a crucial role in driving new business and growing existing accounts. The team this individual leads will be incentivized to build and nurture relationships with buyers, influencers and decision makers within large organizations, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
**Your Impact:**
As the manager of this team, you will develop digital and consultative selling skills within your team. You will show them how to listen to needs, understand business challenges and effectively communicate our Publicis Sapient POV and differentiation. You will help structure business processes to ensure effective lead routing and a handoff to sales. You will model effective selling techniques by handling your own lead workload. You will help them learn the business and learn effective digital communications and selling techniques. You will motivate your team to chase every lead, hit their targets and grow the business. You will hold them accountable to their goals and help them achieve success.
This is leadership role that requires both effective selling skills and management experience. You will work closely with sales teams, marketing leads, and senior leadership to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
**Qualifications**
**Your Skills & Experience:**
+ Proven leader, collaborator, motivator and mentor
+ Organized and focused, dedicated to setting goals, holding others accountable and achieving targets
+ Strong communicator who can teach and coach
+ Power user of sales and social media platforms, including SalesForce & LinkedIn
+ Technology enthusiast who can learn and adapt to new focus areas and find ways to demonstrate thought leadership on social platforms
+ Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a sales, marketing or business development role
+ Minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role
**Additional information**
Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
