Stay for the culture. **What You’ll Be Doing:** The Manager, Leadership Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs that align with Evolent's strategic goals. Additionally, this role will play a crucial part in enhancing employee experience within the organization. This involves working closely with various departments to ensure that both leadership development and engagement initiatives align with the company's goals and values. + **Collaboration Opportunities:** + This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that both leadership development and engagement initiatives align with the company's goals and values. + **What You Will Be Doing:** + Program Design and Implementation: Develop and execute leadership development programs, including workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions, to enhance the leadership capabilities of employees at all levels. + Program Management: Manage and oversee leadership development initiatives, ensuring they are effectively implemented and meet desired outcomes. + Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to align leadership development and engagement initiatives with business objectives. + Communication: Develop and deliver communication plans to promote both leadership development and engagement initiatives, keeping leaders informed and motivated. + Training and Development: Provide training and support on leadership best practices and tools. + Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development and engagement programs and make recommendations for improvements. + **Qualifications - Required and Preferred:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. + 3-5 years of experience in leadership development, HR, or a related field. + Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs. + Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments. + Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs. + Creative thinking to develop new and effective engagement strategies. + Strong leadership skills to drive engagement initiatives and inspire others. + Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment. + Knowledge of current trends and best practices in leadership development. + Certification in leadership development or related fields. **Technical Requirements:** We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
