Position Summary

Designs and manages innovative programs to enhance workforce capabilities, aligning training with strategic organizational goals. Partners with leadership, drives cross-departmental projects, and serves as a key advisor on learning matters to position the organization as an industry leader.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Leads the design and delivery of leadership, technical, compliance, and digital literacy programs to drive workforce development.Develops and executes a strategic learning framework aligned with business objectives and industry advancements.Partners with senior leaders to assess training needs and implement impactful, business-aligned learning initiatives.Directs the optimization of learning platforms, integrating advanced technologies to elevate learning experiences.Facilitates executive-level development and drives engagement strategies that foster inclusive learning environments.Analyzes and leverages industry trends to position the organization as a leader in workforce development.Provides strategic insights on capability-building initiatives and guides human resources teams to support leadership goals.Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning learning strategies with long-term business priorities and external partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field.7+ years of learning and development experience.Prior experience with emerging learning technologies, including VR/AR, gamification, and AI.Knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and digital training platforms.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and human capital management talent systems.
