In this position you’ll report to the Director, Learning & Development, based in Atlanta, GA USA
We work on a hybrid model (3 days in-office) for opportunities at our office locations.
You will be responsible for…
Managing and supporting the learning management system (LMS), including communication, coordination of programs, technical support and ensuring training content is accurate and up to date.Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.Project management for learning programs including planning, tracking budgets, progress and document management.Collaborating with the team to document processes and deliver monthly reports.Qualifications we’re seeking:
Project management skills - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Change leader: Interest and agility adapting to change and bringing others along.Technological savvy: Understanding how to leverage technology to enhance the learning experience., Ability to problem solve and make system improvements. Responsible for system maintenance. Ability to quickly learn new software applications.Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal, Critical thinking skills: with a data-driven approach, ability to prioritize and problem solveYears of experience – 3+ yearsPrefer – experience with Docebo or similar LMS and LXP (Learning Experience Platform)You can look forward to:
