The Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, will take a leadership role in planning, optimizing, and implementing CRM strategies for PC Insurance, The Mobile Shop, PC mobile and no name mobile. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity for a bold, curious and analytical marketer to build skills and experience in end-to-end planning and execution of strategic lifecycle marketing campaigns to retain, upsell and grow the customer base.

This role requires a results-oriented, customer-centric marketer with experience in delivering best-in-class customer journeys by leveraging segmentation via lifecycle channels like email, SMS, and in-app messaging. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners to execute integrated customer marketing campaigns with a focus on highly personalized and data lead triggers to help the business achieve its goals.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement new lifecycle campaigns while identifying trigger points throughout the entire customer journey

Drive end-to-end lifecycle strategies for each stage of the customer journey, across different customer segments

Lead campaigns and projects from end-to-end, working with internal counterparts and external agency partners, translation, legal and finance to strive for detailed campaign delivery

Promote the work & wins! Show off the performance to internal teams and apply your findings to make the next execution even better

Collaborate with the entire team to brainstorm new initiatives, develop test, learn from each other, and generally improve our marketing abilities as a group

Write clear partner briefs that guide the teams to deliver strong lifecycle marketing programs

Lead the administration of this part of the portfolio to ensure legal, compliance and finances are secured and closed off

What You Bring:

University degree with a specialization in Marketing, Business, Commerce or equivalent field

5+ years in marketing with hands-on experience handling and completing multi-channel digital-first promotional campaigns

Proven track record of developing and implementing customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, including email, SMS, app

Tech-Savvy – experience leveraging marketing automation software, CRM (bonus points for Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and interested in leveraging emerging technology

Highly meticulous and organized with excellent time management skills, capable of handling and prioritizing multiple projects

Experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing programs

Using customer data to drive performance and direct-report experience is an asset

Diligent, with high-standards to QA and deliver flawless content

Analytical nature to understand “the why”; Ability to see opportunities and suggest solutions for problems

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A strong understanding of CASL requirements is considered an asset
