Yanfeng, a global leader in automotive, is looking for a proactive and experienced Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team in the Yanfeng Safety Systems manufacturing division. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all logistics operations, including supply chain coordination, inventory management, transportation, and warehouse planning, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish standards for supply chain coordination,transportation, container management, and warehouse planning to support operational functions. Take responsibility for inventory levels, stocktaking, and inventory reduction, and decide on permanent procurement terms and special customer agreements. Manage day-to-day operations,including customer service, data reconciliation, and ERP system utilization. Coordinate and take ownership of projects after production completion (EOP), offering support in finding efficient and optimized solutions. Monitor and coordinate the finalization of programs after theircompletion. Introduce and implement new business solutions and determine the most efficient way for the after-sales service team in the logistics sector. Perform cost controllingand generate regular reports. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and environmental protection standards as outlined in work instructions or training. Oversee workspace cleanliness and basic daily maintenance. Report all accidents, professional illnesses, and injuries. Apply, execute, and maintain internal quality system procedures relevant to the logistics function.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Economy or Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience inlogistics management, supply chain coordination, and inventory management. Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
